JIHR is an open-access journal which means that all content is freely available at no cost to the user or the institution. The scope includes empirical and theoretical articles related to issues in the field of human resource management around the world, e.g. organizational behavior, occupational psychology, or labor economics as long as they are related to the HRM literature.
