JBTE: Journal of Blended and Technical Education provides for high-quality manuscripts that relate to insights and understanding of the role and practice of innovative learning in increasingly sophisticated and pervasive technological environments. The editorial board encourages international papers, articles that are perceptive, evidence-based, experimental, and have policy impact. JBTE is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available at no cost to the user and the institution. The scope includes empirical and theoretical articles related to the application of technology in learning, theoretical and technical and pedagogical issues in learning, combining e-learning and m-learning with other educational resources, mobile games for learning, collaborative learning, relevant applications, contextual issues, privacy, security, adaptation and resource constraints on teaching and learning.
