Similarity & Grammarly Checking
Similarity Check Policy
Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are entirely original works. If the authors use the work, ideas, or words of others, these must be properly cited and quoted in accordance with academic standards. Any form of plagiarism constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.
All manuscripts submitted to the journal will undergo plagiarism screening using iThenticate – Similarity Check by Crossref. The journal applies a maximum similarity tolerance of 15%. The plagiarism check is conducted on the final version of the paper prior to publication, not on the initial submission manuscript.
Authors may:
- submit an independent plagiarism checking report conducted by the authors themselves;
- or use the plagiarism checking service provided by the journal with an additional fee.
Manuscripts that exceed the permitted similarity threshold may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected by the editorial board.
Language Quality Policy
All manuscripts must meet English language quality standards prior to publication. The journal requires authors to ensure that their manuscripts achieve a minimum 95% Grammarly writing quality score (or equivalent proofreading quality).
Authors may conduct independent grammar and language checking and submit the result/report to the editor as supporting evidence. Alternatively, authors may use the language checking and proofreading service provided by the journal with an additional fee.
Authors are strongly encouraged to conduct proofreading and grammar checking before submission to ensure clarity, readability, and academic writing quality. Manuscripts with poor language quality may be returned to the authors for revision before proceeding to the review or publication process.
