☵ Introduction
All readers and authors of the Breakthroughs Information Technology (BIT) can enjoy the benefits of free open access. We believe that free open access promotes worldwide accessibility and use, serving the professional and scientific community, as well as the wider community. We encourage readers to sign up for the publishing notification service for this journal. Because there are no fees charged for access, JBFI offsets the charge of article processing and publication (including the costs of managing peer review, journal production, online hosting, and long-term archiving) by charging article processing charges to the author(s) for each published article.
☵ Fees
Breakthroughs Information Technology (BIT) is a journal publications that are not oriented to profit. Therefore, for the publication process, BIT regarding certain costs, namely:
1)The cost of article submission IDR 0,- (USD 0.-);
2) Processing Fees for the publication of articles accepted IDR 0,- (USD 0.-).
This publication fee has to be paid after submitted paper is reviewed and accepted for publishing. There are no article submission charges.

The management of this journal is monitored and audited regularly by the Generate Digital Publishing is an international academic journal publishing company.
